Christopher F. Hawthorne, CPCU, CIC

North Shore Regional Vice President

For over 30 years, Chris has specialized in helping clients develop and manage comprehensive insurance programs, including both commercial and personal coverage.

Before becoming an insurance broker, Chris founded and served as President of Safety Strategy, Inc., an environmental products supplier. In this role, he handled insurance purchasing, which provided him with valuable insights that enhanced his effectiveness as a broker and client advisor.

Chris graduated from George Washington University, where he was a four-year varsity oarsman, and he also attended St. John’s Prep. He is a Licensed Insurance Adviser and holds the Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation. Additionally, he has authored over 35 articles related to insurance.

Chris has experience as a former instructor at the Boston Insurance Library and the University of Massachusetts’ Tax School.
